Hi Everyone,
I am from Ireland and will be moving to Madrid over the coming months. I will be looking for work teaching English. I have a TEFL cert from years ago and some teaching experience.
However, I do not have a CELTA qualfication. From reading forums, it appears that the CELTA is currently the most recognised certification to teach English abroad.
Will it be possible for me to find work with an old TEFL cert?
Thanks for your help! |

You'll be fine. It doesn't matter whether your certificate is CELTA or not as long as you have one, the course is accredited and it included teaching practice. |
