So I've completed every step of the online application for Interac, filled every box, gone to the agreement section, ticked all boxes and pressed submit. And then I'm greeted with the message "You experienced an error". No further information given. I've been over all the segments of the form and can't seem to see anything wrong.
Anyone else experienced the same problem and know how to solve it? I've e-mailed Interac themselves but as yet no reply.

Yeah, same thing happened to me a couple of years ago...repeatedly. I also emailed them (numerous times) but never received a reply. Not very professional, and I now look at it as a lucky escape. |

| Just FYI anyone with the same problem - I finally managed to submit this application, despite no reply to my e-mails from Interac, about 3 weeks ago. I managed to submit it using Internet Explorer, having previously failed with Chrome, Firefox and Safari. During this time I've managed to apply, interview and be accepted for a job with PKC, so I guess it's Interac's loss. |
