Is it that much nicer than living in an apartment?
Is it worth dipping into your wages to foot the bill?
A good gym is extremely important to me - is this a factor? |

Much better if you're into an expat lifestyle. However many of the newer buildings also have gym facilities (for men). So you need to check these out. More common in Jiddah. |

If I am on 13,000 SAR per month, is it worth paying the equivalent of your housing allowance from your salary to make up the shortfall needed to stay in a compound?
I hear gyms like Fitness First are very expensive so with that in mind does it make the compound a more attractive proposition, price-wise? |

Have none of you ever lived on a compound or something?
Which are the good ones in Riyadh? I don't mean the best/ most expensive obviously. I'm only an "ESL Professional". |
