				| This is a no brainer. HCT may have its problems but they pale to nothing compared to IAT. 
 I know of a couple of people who've switched from IAT to HCT and they have no regrets.
 
 I also heard a rumor that HCT is reluctant to give jobs to those tainted by the IAT brush.............just saying.....

 Yes, if you have no brain then HCT will love you.
   HCT may have its problems???? That's like saying Hitler was just hard to get along with!

				| The vast majority of teachers at HCT (I assume that JCT means HCT) get renewed.  I suspect that is even more true now that recruiting is an issue for them.
