Information Management System", a site which I am sure is a human rights
violation in many Western countries, has a quick and easy search form. Worst
of all, it seems that the ROC Ministry of Education (or perhaps that
should be Ministry of Big Brother) is behind it, although the site offers
very little background info on why it is there or who is behind it.
Goodness, what a wonderful resource. Why doesn't the Government
Information Office or TECRO link it on their front pages?
