Does anyone know of any cheap ways to send stuff bulk, out of Japan? To the US specifically. The Japanese Postal Service, is about 7000 for 10 kilos, via boat. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper way?
Looking to send some books, clothes, and some whatnot. Any help would be fantastic.

Ah, yeah that might just be our only choice. That or just paying the extra fees, for super heavy baggage.

Consider having a sayonara sale like many people do. Ask yourself if you really want to pay to have that stuff back home?

One of my friends used econoship - I don't remember how much it was but I know they were the cheapest. Also, he shopped around and rates varied wildly.

I used a company called shipmates. They didn't seem very professional, but everything arrived as promised and nothing was broken.

Ah thanks for the sites. Will shop around.

Glenski, the stuff we want to ship, would be more expensive to replace.
