| Yes, they hire directly. They have an ad on TESOL.org's career center and apparently, will be at the TESOL conference in Philly later this month to conduct interviews. As for not responding to you, are you certain you meet their requirements and that you've submitted all requested info and documents? |

I think there is a big push to find more teachers for the fall. I feel that all people will be contacted if they have the basic requirements. From my experience (been at KAU for three years), they are normally very good about following through. Good luck.  |
