the first invited me to their BBQ after the job offer which was about 5 minutes long; then the boss man never bothered to give me the BBQ address or details for a week, despite a few emails from me. a week later, he apologizes somewhat, so busy you see, had more important things to do he said! lol yet, he still wanted me to come in for an all-day teaching demo! on saturdays no less. i said any day but sat, but he said only sat. nice. i got a dif job instead.

heradstart are similar, just flaky. i apply and get a response saying they want me to meet the supervisor........ but then blow me off for about 10 days despite again a few emails. then the same thing--an aplogy and invite. lololo it's like they employ some lazy high school kids.

oh, also with headstart, they offered me a writing job after an initila long interview. then they had me come in to discuss which topics i should develop........lol then we sat there for about 90 moinutes going over topics one-by-one and discovering that what they had was sufficient (needing slight editing which they could do of course), lol so i wasted an afternoon, received no compensation and i don't recall if they even apologized. lol weird stuff.

good luck with these places; only take them if u r really hard up for a job, i'd say.
