I was contacted by IGIT ..I found this youtube video( I personally thought it was kind of cute and the teacher appeared to genuinely be interested and invested in her students)

Of course the teacher looks interested in her students; that "cute" YouTube video was produced by IGIT.
Anyway, here are some older comments about IGIT (http://forums.eslcafe.com/job/viewtopic.php?t=76518). I've only met one teacher who works for them, and when I asked her how that's been going, she rolled her eyes and unenthusiastically said, "It's okay." No big endorsement there.
