Bilfen? I've never heard of it. Where is it located? Is it a school/university/corporation?

I hear they demand a lot of time from the teachers. Evening meetings from 7pm to 10 pm at least once a week for example.

They are an expensive private school and totally focused on test results. I have taught (outside of Bilfen) and examined kids from Bilfen and they are usually high performers who seem weary and old before their time.

I don't know what the pay is like, or the work atmosphere. I have only known one teacher from there personally and didn't ask about those things.

Hi,

thanks for your reply. They seem better than my last school and the pay is better. I don't mind meetings as long as they are constructive and supportive (not like my old school!).....We will see.

I observed a lesson and their level was much higher than my old school which was great and they seemed very interested!but it is hard to really know what it will be like so any info would be great....

Tarte tatin, if you see your friend please ask more details for me!

Kind regards

Alexis
