The only way to avoid this kind of crap is to not apply.
Personally I'd stick to the rest of the Gulf and let the Saudi system choke itself to death. Nowhere else in the Gulf does one run into issues like this regularly...

You could contact King Abdullah and ask him. This is the sort of thing that can drive people mad. Maybe better just stay away.

If KSA wants to handle things efficiently, they need to provide for a copy of this document at the point of departure, one that shows the exit stamp, or simply accept the passport stamp as evidence of departure.
Surely you jest! Nothing is logical or efficient. One would think that if you exited then you had the proper papers since you can't exit without them. |
