Hello,

I need to send of for some documents from the british government. The department requires that I pay for postage, and include a "prepaid special delivery envelope" with my application, so they can send the documents back to japan using the included envelope.

Does anyone know if Japan post can supply this kind of prepaid envelope, or maybe if DHL can help me? any other ways to get return postage paid for in japan?

You mean pre-paid return EMS? Yes, Japan Post can do that. Whether the British will get it right at their end however...
