Me too. My head's gone into spin drive now. I wonder what type of thing they write regarding their expectations of "desirable/ essential" qualities in teachers. Shocked

All those bonuses come across as pretty hokey to me.

I think if you re-sell your students you get extra money. Question

Ask them if they need an ad-writer.

If you read the full advert you'll see they have a pretty unusual approach to classes. It's done in 'living-room' type surroundings, with the teacher and students chatting whilst sitting around in comfy armchairs, drinking tea and eating biscuits. Not a bad idea, perhaps, but I did notice their original adverts said teachers would also teach conversation over dinner with students, where a meal, with wine, would be served. That's now been taken out. Can you imagine the average TEFLer being paid to sit on his backside and drink booze whilst benefiting others with his slurred wisdoms? Bet there were some poor 'student survey' results from those situations. Hic!

I didnt notice that part. Yes it sounds interesting, it's a nice idea.

It could be a fun position, if it wasnt for these mentions of "sales" in the advert. It sounds like teachers are expected to double-up as sales people, which is an awful idea, especially when the teaching will mostly be rather "informal" conversation classes.
