If the place is called new dynamic, you have to wonder what became of the old dynamic, do you not? Then there is the question of just how dynamic it is... Confused

Don't know the school but Dalian is as good as any city that I've worked in.
Local populace is environmentally active and there's a vid on U tube about protests on some industrial issue.
The only problem I had was a 50 min morning and afternoon commute to/from the school.
But that was a provincial level vocational college out at Lushun near the oh- so-secret naval base.
