I am often approached by people inquiring about a 'career' teaching in Saudi arabia. This myth is still widespread that HUGE sums are paid to those prepared to work in KSA.
I try to correct these mistaken beliefs but then I am seen as a dishobnest broker who is trying to cheat people out of all those golden coins that are rightfully theirs.
There was a time when 2 years work in KSA could pay for a new house. Those days are LONG GONE. |

It is easier for a Saudi camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a westerner to make a huge sum of money in KSA these days.
Hows that for a metaphor!
Scot?
I think that's from the Eissaian scrolls that never made it into the Torah.
