There's a lot of information about AEON available, mostly pretty good, so if you are thinking it might not be a good employer, you don't have to worry.

Like so many employers here, any old bachelor's degree will do, so after you get yours, you can apply and be in the running. Most people have no teaching experience when they start out in TEFL, too, so you might want to see how much you can get before applying. The market here is very crowded, so you need any edge you can get.

By the way, if memory serves, there is a grammar test as part of the interview. Aside from the fact that your writing style is very "Internet-ese" with no capital letters (irksome to me, but this is a discussion forum), you have a run-on sentence and a misused word (theirs, instead of there's). Kind of embarrassing for someone getting a BA in English ed.

Thanks for taking my remark so well. It's hard to give constructive criticism on that topic on the Internet without people taking offense.

Another tip: there seems to be an online spelling checker on the ESL Cafe, so before you hit SUBMIT, you might want to look for the red underlined words.

Best of luck in getting the info you seek.
