Oh, I know the answer to this one! That place, you know the one, down by the river. It's near that station that had that thing a couple of years ago. Shi-something or other. It's on the second floor. Lovely views and to-die-for food. They've got a website, I think, although I can't remember the url off hand. You should try there. You can't miss it. Rolling Eyes

There are Michelin guides for Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe but these places are really expensive. Fine-dining! Cool

The better of the two restaurants in this hotel (http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g298122-d1602608-Reviews-Grand_Xiv_Hatsushima_Club-Atami_Shizuoka_Prefecture_Chubu.html) on Hatsushima in Atami was excellent.

Nantokaya in dokodokoshi was amazing. I highly recommend the naninani.
