I want to buy this book, but I went on Amazon and there are two versions of it. One is more expensive, and the only version I've ever seen advertised on Scott's website. The other is slightly cheaper, and it also has 466 pages, compared to just 104. Does anyone know the difference is between them? It's not on the US version of Amazon, and the only place I can find even a hint of a reference to it is from some obscure seller on Amazon UK.

the DELTA one seems to be mostly just different activities and stuff to do with a class. Here's a list of the contents:
