Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to buy vitamins and supplements like pro-biotics and fish oil in Saigon? I searched the net for a while and couldn't find anything.
If it's not possible, would you able to order it online and have it delivered to a post office without any problems?

You can buy vitamins and supplements in pharmacies. Iherb.com has a wide variety of health products and ships overseas. |

| There's a GNC in Phu My Hung on the north side of the highway near the towers, I believe. Some sort of fitness/vitamin shop at least. |

Yeah, there are a few GNCs around the place:

GNC sell good quality supplements, but, for my mind, their prices are a bit expensive. If there is something specific you need that you can't find in Vietnam ozinasia, you can order it on-line for it to be shipped. Galileo mentioned Iherb, but Amazon does it as well. However, please be aware that you will often (if not always) be hit with extra charges for [I guess] importation before they will give you your package. |
