Hi,

I plan to move to SHanghai next year.At present I teach in Guizhou province, prior to this I was in the I.T. field for over 4 years........I'm considering looking for I.T. jobs in Shanghai but my Mandarin is not at a professional level.

I know this isnt the correct forum for such a question but I guess that some of you have moved from ESL into other professions since you signed on to Dave's.

Anyone have experience on this matter?

Are there non-Chinese speaking postitions in fields other than education?
