What would be the difference in monthly salary between McGill University teachers in Jubail, KSA , Al Falak Electric, Aramco direct hire, Aramco non-direct hire:SRACO, HAK, and AETG
if one holds a Masters of Education , TESL certification 16 years teaching experience, including the Middle East?
What would the pay be for each of the above?
Appreciate any run down of the most accurate monthly figures. |

This is a tall order. Your best bet is to just apply to these places to find out what your specific qualifications will get you. |

Plus, it seems many employers---direct and non-direct hire---cap salaries regardless of the amount of experience an applicant has (e.g., some job ads will simply state a pay range for positions). In other words, when calculating salary, the employer may only count X amount of years of experience and not the applicant's full number. For example, someone with 15 or more years of experience may get the same pay as their colleagues with 10 years' experience and similar academic credentials. |

My memory is that 10 years is the ceiling - and remember that they only count years AFTER your highest degree. |

And they only count the years for which you have acceptable "certificates of employment" as proof.

At KFUPM no one asked for these. Neither did the HR bods at Saudi Arabian Airlines. I went to extreme lengths to get them - and then no one wanted them ! Of course if I had no certificates, someone would have insisted on seeing them - and a notarised translation ! |
