The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has approved the inclusion of non-Saudi students born in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from Saudi mothers in the Financial Reward of Special Education Programs which have been disbursed only to Saudi students and students on scholarships.
