I currently live in Korea and have about 4 months to get my stuff together to move to Beijing (hopefully). What documents are required for Beijing? What should prepare now?
Thanks for your help. I've just began sending out resumes tonight. Any other good websites besides this one that deal with China directly?
Thanks again!

Wouldn't the same documents that are needed to apply in Beijing the same ones needed to apply anywhere else in China. - Resume, passport, copy of degree.

Curious...why the switch from Korea to China?

Worth checking into if you can even get a z visa in Korea. At least as of earlier this year the Chinese embassy there had essentially closed the door for both tourist and work visas for most foreigners (even if you are working and living in the ROK). Might have since changed, but when I was applying from there it was a real pain in the ass.
Some schools/provinces *may* require a TEFL certificate too. They don't seem too picky about which one, however. Online is fine.
Echinacities has a decent amount of info and job list.
Just google "Beijing expat forum" or "Beijing esl forum". There are a few, but my google seems to be down or blocked tonight, so it'll be easier for you to find them there.
