Hello. Does anyone know if there are any good Japanese language tutors in the Maebashi-Takasaki area of Gunma prefecture? If not, does anyone know a good way to find one? I would especially like to info from people that have lived here before.

The community center (Chuo Kominkan) in Takasaki offers Japanese language classes at all levels. If you sign up for all three time slots you can be in class 6 hours a week. And at Y 500 a class you can't beat it.

| I am just about to go to Maebashi and am told there are free Japanese lessons on offer. Don't know full details yet but something to think about if you're in the area |
