I'm considering employment in Taiwan in the near future and just wondering what the climate was there in terms of church worship.

Also are services available in English? If so, where?

I'll be coming over with my wife in July, God willing. We'll be living in Taipei.

I'm a lay pastor. I'll see you right. Smile

English Church services advertize in the local English papers. It shouldn't be a problem to find a Church to satisfy your needs.

I think that's a critical issue, depending on how ecumenical you are.

Sorry I wasn't more specific with location. Not actually sure.

Just scoping them out.

I'd be happy with contemporary worship services that are foreigner friendly.

I'm protestant by the way. Catholicism, Islam or Mormonism wouldn't float my boat.

Well I'm a 'foreigner', and I can tell you that any worship service I put together will be pretty basic given that I'm unlikely to have a congregation larger than myself, my wife, and a mate of ours. Laughing

They wouldn't float my boat either. But then I'm a Unitarian, and that might not go down to well with you. Embarassed
