Hi! Anyone here knows about Western International School at Santa Rosa de Copan, in Honduras? I would appreciate any information. I was already interviewed. I would get my answer this Friday. Is it safe? How much is the salary?
Thanks..

Salary is something they should ALWAYS tell you at the interview.

I would be nervous if you asked about it and they did not tell. Now if you didn't ask.... that's your fault.

I would just ask them. Its always fine to ask about salary, travel expenses, continuing education, health care and housing.

As for crime....... Central America isn't a super safe place. But I get by alright. It mainly depends on your salary, and whether you can afford to live in a nice place with a guard or not. My neighborhood is gated, and my building has a guard as well. And I feel safe. But if I had to live someplace else......
