I'm looking for some time management advice. When taking a TEFL course here in Prague, I'm faced with the work load of the course, job searching, flat searching, consideration of teaching in other countries, and also getting everything started with the Visa/Zivnostensky list. Do any of you experienced teachers and certified graduates have any tips for time management and prioritizing? Should locking down a flat come before locking down a job? If you have any advice, please let me know.

I think a flat would be the final consideration, unless you are looking at an agreement to flat-share with other teachers. If you're looking for something on your own, it's likely that you'll have to make a 12-month commitment at minimum (not to mention significant up-front payments) and if you then didn't find work, you'd be in difficulties.
Worst case, you find yourself bunking temporarily with acquaintances or in a hostel for a week or so.

Most important to land a job first, though the zivno may be a required step in that process.
Keep in mind that some employers will offer assistance with zivno or visa processing, so most likely still the best course of action to put job search at the top of your list, assuming you have any free time from the demands of the course you're on.
