Dear Mikalina,
Which is why it says this:
"Here's a guide to ensuring you get the basics right."
However, one thing I learned (the hard way,of course) is that what I may consider to be "basic" could well be "never knew that" to someone else.
Moreover, the article may be useful not only for some teachers who might read it, but for some of their students, as well. I teach ESL at the local community college, and one of the areas we focus on is "Employment" in our "Civics" segment. Many of our students have never even had a formal interview, so they're usually pretty clueless about "dos and don'ts," even the "basic" ones.
The article could be a good teaching tool.
