I'd be a little wary of the blacklist. Things can change quickly - management changes, colleagues move around, conditions improve / deteriorate, and so on. I think this would be particularly true with chains - one school might not be representative of another.
Salaries are generally pretty bad for jobs advertised publicly in Italy. You're more likely to do well if you hunt for work yourself, but even then, TEFL salaries are at best stagnant. Other things to watch out for: contract type (how many hours, how many months, and can you work elsewhere); work load (all blocked, or an hour here, an hour there); and cancellation policies. |
