As we near the brink of war in the Middle East, I'm thinking about colleagues and friends. Some of my friends in Kuwait are about to leave tonight to return home after being advised to leave.
To all colleagues in our chosen "profession" or field currently working in certain parts of the Middle East, please keep safe and take care. My good wishes go out to you. |

Dear omar805,
Well, hostilities have commenced - as of around 6 am, local time, March 20th. Thanks for your good wishes to all hereabouts. Let's hope that it's over quickly, with as little " collateral damage " as possible.
Regards,
John |

All is usual here in the UAE...seen a few AWACS coming and going out of Abu Dhabi. People are doing their bbq's and cruising in their sports cars up and down the Corniche on a typical thursday evening. |
