Just curious. I saw an ad on the Korea job board with this name.

Ahh.. looks like they've started advertising under this new name and avoid the "CDI" name in Dave's.

Funny

It's kind of an alias bait-and-switch.

There are already companies operating in the US and overseas under the CDI acronym, so Chungdahm Learning was adopted to avoid trademark conflicts.

While I know there may be some disgruntled ex-CDI teachers out there, the vast majority that I work with are happy with their jobs.

I've worked with them for 2+ years and have never been paid late or less than what I was supposed to get. The lessons are well structured and the students are mostly excellent.

I think it really depends on the branch you work at, but to indicate that all CDI branches are bad places to work at is unfair.

Hey SavetheWhales -- I have a phone interview with them very soon. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind giving me some tips about CDI?

I still haven't reached 25 posts, but will soon for pm!
