HALONG BAY

Across from Susung Lake, basically around the corner from TBC.
They just opened, so they have a special: Pho + Fresh Roll combo for 4,500won. Complimentary jasmin tea.
I had beef Pho and a shrimp roll. It was well worth it. They offer a big plate of mint, and sprouts for the Pho. And they gave me a 1,000 coupon for later.
The menu was alright, and they have some Thai (Phad Thai), and Shabu Shabu as well.

Is it a chain restaurant?

(Like I know "Hoa Binh" is a Vietnamese cuisine chain in Korea)
