Okay, I bought an Olympus x 790 for 260 dollars from yongsan. Then I found out that the US version of the same camera can be bought for 160!
I lost my camera on vacation so I need to buy a new one. Can anyone reccommend a camera I can buy in Korea that has the same price as their american counterpart?
I'm looking for a camera that
1. takes great night time pics
2. takes great pics of food and flowers
3. takes great moving pics
4. has video
5. slim design/easy to carry
6. long battery life
I plan to use it only for online blogging and don't plan to print any of the pics.
I'm looking to spend only 300000 won/ 300 dollars.
any suggestions of cameras and where to get it would be great! |

That bad luck about your camera. I also have the 790-just bought it in Japan. Set me back $270 here. I got the deep blue color which isn't offered in the US (silver and black). So far the cameras worked well-no complaints. Good luck. |

The Z5 is discontinued, I think it's replaced by the Z10.
Also check out the F50fd. |
