The deposit is 10,000,000w and the rent is 630,000w (management fee included).
It is a 5 minute walk to Gunja Station, or a 10 minute walk to Achasan Station.
It is a 2nd floor apartment and the building has a card-key entrance. Also has a intercom system so if someone comes by, you can push a button to unlock the main door, instead of walking downstairs and letting them in.
The lease runs until the end of February. At that point, you can choose to renew or move out. The building manager used to live in Paris and is fluent in French, but also knows a lot of English.
Nearby you have an outdoor marketplace, and a ton of Korean BBQ restaurants. You have noraebangs and hof places too. The buses here run to Konkuk University station, Jamsil, or up north to Sangbong.
