|
|
Could someone please give me some advice? I've been racking my brains looking through danawa and reading reviews (In korean...not easy) and trying to choose the best bang for my buck. I want to buy a 22" but THERE ARE SO MANY BRANDS.
Standard panels are TN-panels: 5ms/1000:1/300lum. Almost every manufacturer has these specs. However, the price fluctuates from 235K-600K Won.
Is there any difference? Aren't all panels made by only 2 manufacturers? I really want to buy a cheaper model if I can...about 275K with pivot. Here are the 22" brands I've narrowed it down to:
LCDMon Expersee 22"
Alphascan 22" (little lower at 800:1 contrast but 2year warranty)
Topsync 22"
Can anyone recommend these brands or another brand? Or maybe just give me some advice...this is killing me. Thanks. |

Yea, that's the one I got about a month ago. The price is great, and I have been very happy with it. |

Thanks for the input guys. Looks nice with TV, too! good price. The website looks ok...no pivot, though...and its not on Danawa...strange.
Anyone bought an LCDmon? Looks nice and seems to have good reviews from the Koreans and selling for about 273K
Here's a link:

Actually I found the Lumion 2201WT on Danawa and its selling for 380K!!! I wonder why it is only 278K on Gmarket link? The model on Gmarket is 2201WT-D...could that D mean something? Maybe Refurb?
Cheers. |

From what I've seen, "Plus" usually refers to a Samsung panel rather than an LG one. |

Anyone know if there is any diff between the LG Panels and the "Premium" Samsung "A+" Panels...if they both have a pixel guarentee? I'm asking because some of the newer models are touting the Samsung panels. They all have the same specs as you can see in my original post.
Cheers. |

I assume you checked the date of the ad link? Danawa keeps really old ads on there. From '05 even!! That might be why the price is so high on there. |
