Here is a great link to tell all of your students about who may be having pronunciation problems (this includes 99.9% of mine).
http://www.learnersdictionary.com/
Type any word in the box marked "Pronunciation Dictionary with Audio" then click the red speaker icon next to the word on the next screen.
Anybody else have any sites they can share? |

www.breakingnewsenglish.com is a fantastic resource for older students. It's usually updated a couple of times a week, has tons of activities and in-depth discussion materials. Priceless for small groups of adults. |

I'd go to the EFL Classroom buzka for links.
http://eflclassroom.buzka.com/
We've honed and pruned and only the best are here. None of the wading through millions of links to find one thing. I'll soon put up a 5 star site of spots. Just scroll to the category and then find the website you want. All the major Korean links in the Korean spot also.

On the surface, your link might seem good. Deeper down, it isn't functional. First it promotes compartmentalized learning. Second, it is not convenient.
I'd go with any of the many "bots", small characters that float on your screen and then will pronounce ANYTHING you want. They won't give you a definition but much better from the above for pronounciation. I've one on my resource website for download

but have used www.cast.org 's embeddable browser one a lot too....AT and T are the leaders in this area. See the buzka and Web 2.0 spot for more websites about text to speech technology.
Cheers,
