Since she doesn't speak English than she shouldn't be looking for a teaching job. So I assume that you mean to study English?

If she goes to a Hagwon in Gongju, she won't be able to speak English after going there either. Gongju is the worst place for private academies. Most of the schools do a 3 or 4 day rotation cycle so that the students only see the Native speaker once or twice a week. I met a few Korean/english teachers there and they couldn't even have a simple conversation. Daejon would be a much better option.
