Maybe one of the rabbits will eat Kim Jong-Ill. Wouldn't that be ironic?

Wow, I was expecting to learn that the Easter Bunny was finally going to visit that godless worker's paradise.

On the upshot, there's a great recipe for Korean style rabbit.

Quote:
Korean spicy rabbit and potato

Ingredients

2.25kg chopped rabbit
2 chopped potatoes
2 chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, crushed
120ml water
120ml soy sauce
2 tablespns white sugar
3 tablespns hot pepper paste

Method

Mix the rabbit, potatoes, carrots, onion, sugar, and garlic over medium heat.

Pour in water and soy sauce, and stir in sugar and hot pepper paste.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for 45 minutes

I'd make it tomorrow if I could only get the 토끼고기....

if you go to moran market they will kill and butcher a rabbit for you. i think one is around 20,000 won (maybe 15,000 won for a cheap one).

they'll do it however you want it. however, if you have problems with one seller, just go to the next one.

the leg was great! i made curry. i'm not sure what the cut was. it was just bones and meat, cut up by the butcher. i am gonna buy a whole goat with some friends later (we're all gonna pitch in) and take it to my friend's house (in the country) and kill it and cook it.

i don't live in the country anymore, btw. i live in seoul, between 이대역 and 아현역, so i am not able to keep a live goat here :p

Periwinkle - I agree with you.

They are like these giant teddy bears they sell, except they are real!

KW,

Good luck with potty training it. It will probably cost a fortune to feed. However, can you imagine getting a collar and taking that thing on a walk. Oh, the looks you'd get from people. It would be priceless.
