I just noticed that my toolbar has changed and now has a line for RX. I have also noticed that, when reading posts, random words will be underlined and provide a link to an Rx web search on that word.

I have Spybot, CCleaner, and ZoneAlarm, so I thought I was safe.

What is this?
What caused it?
How do I get rid of it?

Probably Kazaa or some other dodgy program you installed recently.

To remove the RX toolbar, go to your Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel and select the RX Toolbar out of the list. Then click the Change/Remove button.

It is suggested to get AVG Anti-virus software, which will effectively and thoroughly get rid of this malware.

Easy to get rid of. Go into "change-remove progrmas. check it, delete it. You may hae to restart your compter, but it is easy to do.
