I usually get a cab from Suwon Station.
Let a coworker write down the addy in korean and show it to the driver.
Cost me about 3000W/each way. |

No need to waste money on a taxi.
From Suwon station get bus number 92 or 11 (at the bus stops opposite the Tourist Info Centre).
Get off at Gu-oon sageori.
The closest subway station is Hwaseo and I think the 92 goes to Immigration past there. |

Wow, FREE bus service in Suwon?
Well, what i meant was to use the most convenient way to get to immi from Suwon Station. No need to wait in the cold for a Bus and only saving a few wons...... |

A bus costs less than 1000won each way; so yeah, I'd rather spend the 4000won I "saved" by not taking a taxi on something else. |

I'm sorry Ek. i'm used to pay 1400W for each fare, so to me its half price of a cab, but on the other hand its so cold now.....i'd rather jump into a cab and get dropped off in front of immi instead of walking and waiting for a crowded bus.
Oh well, we all have our own methods. |

You can get off at Sungkyunkwan Univ. Station, then walk south for about 15 minutes. It's in the little neighborhood on the northeast corner of the big intersection where E-Mart is.
Or you can get off at Hwaseo Station and walk down the main street west until you come to the same E-Mart intersection.
On the map it looks like the two stations are equidistant from the office. |
