My grandfather was a 32nd degree mason (33rd is the highest). After he died I bought a thick Masonic book from an estate where a person had died. The book said that if any Mason was known to sell that book to a non-Mason, the former should be killed.

It's not just a good ole' boy club; it's not just a philanthropic org. as I was always told. It has a history of racism, as well. Ultimately, as they get to higher levels, and are so into the org that getting out seems dangerous, they learn the name and face of the false god that they worship. They make members go through 'symbolic rituals' that involve Lucifer and real or imitated human sacrifice.

Please don't join. This group that many join for prestige or governmental privilege is exchanging the truth of God for a lie. How will they escape damnation to hell?

And surely you wouldn't do something just because George W did it, would you?

In all seriousness, please protect yourself and don't put your self in danger by joining.

[This sounds like propaganda. Masons don't follow Lucifer. That is very funny. You are probably an Evangelical trying to discredit them.
What is certain is they don't necessarily talk about Jesus being the son of God and speak of God as the architect of the universe as far as I understand. I have known some Masons. Some were good; some were not.

The symbols associated with the masons are quite unique. There is the compass and the square. Apparently there is a beehive as well. Don`t know how that fits in with the order of things. They also wear specific garments, and an apron of sorts.

So, for those who have been a Mason or currently are, what does it entail? Is it similar to a Moose Lodge, bunch of guys hanging out drinking beer and playing darts? How do the levels work? Where are the headquarters? I'm off to google it, but would be very interested in hearing some first-hand accounts. Question

If sitting around in a bar drinking beer all day is how one goes about dominating the world, Genghis Khan ain't got nuthin' on me.

It's those sissy "Knights of Columbus" guys. They start the rumors
because they are so jealous.......

I am (in addition to being a Mason) a past president of my town's Ruitan Club and a former member of the Jaycee's.

They all have the same goals. Paganism and world domination.

Twisted Evil heee... I want to rule all the dimensions, and time...

My father was the head of his lodge for a number of years. I often saw him practicing speeches from a little book. I read some of it once but it made no sense at all so I didn't bother after that. I also broke open his lodge briefcase once and found his apron thing that they wear.
He is a christian (I think) and when I asked him about what he does there he just told me there are secretive parts to it but nowadays it's basically just like Lions which is a club that does good work for the community.
