oh very much so. I'm going to let it go on for a few pages (or better yet watch it quickly sink) and then the next time somebody gets all Malcolm X about Korean racism, I'll post a link to this to show how pathetically self-aborbed in their own problems the people on this board are, and how phony their self-righteousness is when it's obvious that they can't be bothered to give one iota of a f*ck about other people's situations.
Hey, I've got an idea! Let's shift the focus to how racist Korean people are against blacks. That's much more fun! Oh, I can feel the guilt being assuaged already. Back on the moral high ground again! |

This could only work if the person who later commented on Korean racism had posted on this thread otherwise you yourself would be guilty of judging people by one factor. (participation on a board rather than race.) |

This is why I don't miss Canada; preachy pious people like yourself, who can't entertain a thought in your tiny little brain unless it has been approved by the PC police.
But I'm guessing that if you were to come into contact with a straight talking person who says what he/she believes, and doesn't swallow the kool-aid that the PC patrol is pushing, you wouldn't challenge them anyway. The Universities are full of PhD's who think they have the world deconstructed, and it drives them nuts that the rest of the world doesn't buy into their "truths". |

JMO is right. And that's not why I'm not trying to accuse anybody specific of anything. I'm just saying that the picture that emerges from this board is of a community does a lot of navel-gazing and engages in a lot of self-pity. But hey, some of my best friends are members of this board. Although I wouldn't like my daughter date a member of this board.

Calling me PC makes you sound like some kind of dumb Polack. |
