I havn't seen any of those films. I do have some question. How can you believe a government apointed board but still believe the Government is covering up? Could this goverment appointed board just have been set up to sidetrack you from a much bigger issue? Think about it.
As regards this Zapruder film, there is a guy with a gun in the film, that we can see shooting Kennedy from the front? Really? |
Your comment about the ARRB is a valid one. But as far as wanting to believe "these kind of things" , I for one, wish I didn't know the awful truth in this matter.
Abraham Zapruder is the name of the man who shot the film. He has his camera trained on the motorcade and captures Kennedys head shot. No, this film did not capture the shooters! It shows the effect of the shot. But it is no wonder that this film was locked up until it was shown on Geraldo Riveras Good Night America in 1975, since it shows Kennedys head move violently backwards and to the right after being hit with a bullet.
The Zapruder film is now available anywhere. I own a VCR copy , but the actual film of the assassination is only a few seconds long. This one is as good as any:

Here are some reasons for the movement of the head and body. I don't know if these are valid or not. they would seem to indicate that the movement of the body is not conclusive proof of a shot from the front.

McAdams spin on the subject is a little too much for me. Not just in this case , but all of his explanations of the assassination.
I would prefer to believe the doctors who treated Kennedy in Dallas that fateful day. One of them was Dr. Charles A. Crenshaw, a surgeon for over thirty years. He treated Kennedy that day and stated on The Men Who Killed Kennedy that JFK was struck twice from the front: once in the neck and once in the right side of the head
He also states that the autopsy photos show a different wound to the back of the head than he saw on November 22, 1963, one that would support the lone gunman theory of firing from the back. JFK s neck wound was also larger and had a jagged opening , unlike the small tracheotomy hole that was actually there. |

I'm going to defer to you on this one as I don't know enough about it, and its not one of those things I'm interested in. I'll keep an open mind on the subject(Kennedy asassination) whilst being healthily sceptical about conspiracy theories I hear. |
