Yeah, I'm still scratching my head over this one.
A neutral, if not boring thread, aimed at only those who have something to say about the Super 14 or rugby in general.
As to why Mr Blynch took time to respond in such a strange fashion..well..
I can't be bothered getting into slanging match, but, it has been noted. |

| I'm not looking at it until I've watched the game (tonight) as I have a funny feeling the Reds will be partying. |

Jaganath.
Just as I thought. Well done to your lot. Played a far more intellegent game with the 'pick and go'. As much as Eddie Jones had problems with the Wallabies, he may be the answer for the Reds. The Reds have my lot next week in Christchurch. Looking forward to it.
Blynch.
I've never watched a live telecast, or any other, super bowl game in my life. However, I will be getting up at 7 tomorrow to watch it. |

What do you think of those new IRB laws RnB?
- no more real scrums,
- no more rucking,
- no more onfield discussion of the referee's calls ..
no jumping against an opposition lineout will follow no tackling someone who is not your opposite number!
and how about those mullets and rat's tails in the opening match?
Core E Flynn, Caleb the Ralph and Luke McHairdresser.. lucky for Jason Eaton to have a bit of resting time to give a decent response from the Naki region. |

I reckon most of the frontrowers were unsure as well. They seemed a little hesitant when the call to 'touch' was given. As for the (non) rucking, it's a bit of joke. On point 3, I do think a good ref will always explain himself, so I think this new rule will allow for the game to move on quicker and dispense with delaying tactics. Can't comment about the mullets etc..haven't watched the game yet (still waiting for a complete download). Glad it's footy season again.

... just watched the reds game,
injury toll so far includes 2 Hurricane props out with neck injuries (so much for safer scrums), Conrad Smith with a poke in the eye and the reds guy on and off debut with a punctured lung!!
'a thug's game played by 'gentlemen' '. |
