Has anyone else been having internet problems the last few days? I can still download things at a normal speed, but when I try to go to websites, the majority of the pages either take forever to load, or the "Problem loading page" page comes up...

Regardless, I think I'm switching away from KT today...

There was an earthquake last month (I think) and some of the undersea cables were damaged. Last I heard, they said it was going to be the end of Feb before all of them were repaired.

Then again, it could be your service provider.

Try unplugging the computer from the modem and turn the modem off. Then restart your computer.

Other then that, I'm not sure what to tell you.

When I do a trace route through Run/cmd/tracert...

The third link always times out, regardless of which website I'm going to.

So, I don't know if this is my computer/router, or if it's the next connection after it leaves my house.

We have been having trouble with our KT at home. We get a limited to no connection warning. The KT guy is coming today so we will see....

Getting slow-loading pages and stalled streaming audio this whole week. Not constantly, but DAMN FREQUENLTY. Worse than I can recall broadband ever being here. It's as bad as sluggish old dial-up at times.

But that's not my major INTERNET PROBLEM. My main INTERNET GRIPE these days has been the barrage of goddamn Korean ISP telemarketers trying to get me to switch over. My office phone, home phone, mobile phone -- there's no escaping them. I'll tell them no thanks and stop calling me, but sure as *beep* I'll get them calling right back in a few hours asking if I want the same service, but from a different girl and from a different phone number.
