If i bring all my docs and visa issuance number to the korean embassy today, is it possible for them to stamp the passport on the same day?
Would i need to pay extra?
Im planning to leave on the 26th february and my flight is reserved (not confirmed).
I am still to receive my issuance number - hopefully by the 22nd Thursday Feb. So if i goto the embassy on thursday, can i get everything done by friday latest? Does anyone have experience with this? |

You can ask but I doubt they'll do it. If you're lucky and explain your situation, they might.
There are only 2 Korean consulates that will do over night visa processing, Fukuoka and Osaka in Japan. The majoity take 5 to 7 working days to do it. |

If you are in the U.S., it usually takes three to four WORKING days. Spend a nickel and call your consulate to see what you/they can do. |

the three I know:
Washington DC- 24 hours
Vienna- 24 hours
Rome- 4 hours (crazy fast...not sure how that worked)
this is after giving them the issuance number of course- for an e-2.
mayhaps other visas take longer? |
