You know the answer, eh?  I guess it's Malaysia. The Korean performer must have been one guy, not a group or something. Rain(Bi). I know he had a concert in Malaysia not long ago. Do I get a point? |

The OP reminds me of my all time favorite newspaper headline.
In Hurriyet, a mainstream broadsheet that I read (for learning purposes) in Turkey one day was this headline, above the fold on the front page:
Sikildim. Goguslerimi Buyuklesterdim. (I was bored, so I got my breasts enlarged) (NB: No Turkish font available)
It was pushing an intereview with local pop tart Gulsen, who had a big hit at the time. |

You're spot-on! This young Malaysian woman is a superfan of Rain(Bi) and thought that this would be a neat way to get his attention. |
