I think I found it......yeah, Im studying Korean, but also interested in Japanese, might go next year, so I'm reading the new book I bought called JAPANESE MADE SIMPLE, and so on the subway, everyone is looking at me as I read, and BOOM, its like everyone changes. Middle school kids quiet down, old men don't crowd me, every one seems to develop manners, they are all looking away from me, some seem offended, others seem like they feel ashamed or something. I think I might start speaking only Japanese to the old drunk guys who try and start something with me
