I was supposed to get paid on the 11th of this month, but it was Chuseok, so that didn't happen. No problem for me because I was alright on money. I expected to get paid by Monday, but that didn't happen either. I talked to the head teacher (my boss speaks no English and is a frosty *b e e p*) and she asked the boss. I got no reply from her. Ever since then all the teachers have been avoiding my questions about my pay.
I asked again today and one of the techers said that the boss might not have enough money to pay me. I don't know if I believe this because the hagwan just got a new computer and a bunch of new supplies.
Has this ever happened to anyone? (Probably a stupid question) Any advice as to what i should do? Im two months away from being done, and I really want that bonus...maybe thats why shes not paying me...

I think you should post about it on the Internet. That, and not go to work until you have cash in hand. But that posting of it on the Internet is the glue that holds everything together.

Iwas supposed to be paid on the tenth of this month. it didn't happen. I asked on the 9th when will i get paid. the boss said tomorrow. No new money in my bank account till monday. when i asked why i didn't get paid on time boss claimed to be to busy because of chusok.
hmm over a five day period he could get off his lazy butt to go to a bank machine to transfer the pay to my account. what a ********

Seems childish to me and irrelevant to this thread.
