Has anyone switched jobs mid-contract, i`m 3 months in to a contract and on 2 million a month but have been scouting other jobs and know I can get a lot more.
I`ll give my current school the one months notice but I have heard I also need a release letter from them. Is this the case? |

O.P.
Are you only leaving because of the money? Honestly, that won't look to good, buddy. Is this your first teaching gig? I would assume so, seeing as it is only 2.0 million a month. Perhaps you should consider sticking it out, and paying your dues. Is there anythign going on with the school that is giving you an ambition to quit?
Yes, you will need a letter of release. Some times, you can get away without one..........but, this early into your contract, .........I don't know.
Seriously, is there anything else going on?
cheers.
